Recently I becaue interested in manual press citrus squeezers and borrowed one (Ra Chand, all aluminum) from a friend for a week. It was ok. Then, I saw on my craigslist a Sunkist commercial juicer, which I bought for $20. Wow! It worked worlds better! But, it made a very loud noise while running.

I had it checked out, and it needs bearings, and some other things, which I am not going to do. Is there anyone in the Bay Area who would like it for free?

I watched Kevin's (Calvacade of Food) video on it a few times. I still want one -- just one not so loud!

Kevin,
I have enjoyed your videos, some here, and others directly from Youtube. Thanks for posting them!
The Sunkist does deliver, for me, the best fresh squeezed orange juice. I have tried the manual presses, and I have a Breville Citrus Juicer. I am sure the height of the ridges on the reamers makes a difference on the end product. The Sunkist, with 1750 revolutions per minute, has a reamer with just raised rounded ridges. The much slower Breville has really deep ridges. There is a lot more pulp caught by the strainer in the Breville than what is caught in the Sunkist strainer.
