Yesterday I was doing my laundry and I heard a banging notice when it enter spin cycle the washer stop and lid lock light blinked as a result of that I had to reset the washer time by time until it was finished so what are the redies and what type of suspension springs I have to get .by

The tub seems to be straight but my mom used it on Friday it runs very slowly not washing properly but it takes a very long time to get the job done as a result of the issue which looks like suspension spring broke when I used it last Monday.what are the further steps to remedy that go get it working fully?
