I stopped at a K-Mart while in a local suburb. I found a pre-packed set of Martha Stewart Everyday Sheets, sateen, 250 thread count, for $8. That's $4 per set, for heavan's sake!! They only had two packages of them, but luckily, they both blended in well. Four sets of sheets for under $20. Hell yes!!

Hope they have a nice "hand" (feel) to them. I've acutally laundered a set of MS brand bed-sheets for a friend who does not have a washer.

There is either WAY more polyeter in the set I dealt with than the label says there is, or they are otherwise just "cruchy" and not soft.

If you want to go a little more luxurious, the MS 5 star 500 threadcount were 2 weeks ago $39.99 F Q or K and are phenomenally nice as well, particularly if you like a relatively stiff (i.e. not drape-y) bedsheet

They arn't as "sateen" feeling as her other ones were, but, they are still very luxurius feeling. As said before, I have had some of the best results with MSE Everyday Sheets! Thank you, Martha!
