The tankless hot water heater is installed in the back of my home in the laundry room. My Norgetag washer and dryer are back in place and the two additional washer stations are occupied by my 1959 Kenmore and 1979 Maytag A806S.
Tankless water heater is hanging on the wall above the Kenmore and Maytag.

I have also removed second hot water heater that was in my garage where most of my machines are. I added another washer station where the water heater used to be and have installed the Kenmore bolt down at the new station.

And at the other end of the garage, I have moved the thor and installed another washer station and hope to add an
Avanti top loading portable washer.

Ross everything is looking great. I will look forward to coming out to play!! Looks to like you painted the back laundry room. Have fun and keep us posted as to how you like the tankless water heater.

It looks like I will have one extra spot. I have been wanting a solid tub Speed Queen. As Dr Manny got his start on Speed Queens and Unimatics, he said he hopes I find one because he would enjoy working on an old Speed Queen again.
We are on the lookout.

Nice! Ross you have a really cool place! Let us Know how the tankless works. I`m thinking of adding one for my laundry and dishwasher.

Hi Donald. Tankless water heater works fine. Only one thing is that sometimes my shower goes cold and that is because of low flow shower heads. That is all is that is available these days.

Ross, lower the setpoint of your tankless so that you run more hot and less cold at the shower. That'll keep the flow through the tankless higher and it'll be less likely to shut off. See the other tankless discussion thread for details of a test I did couple days ago.
