Start with "Joe Workingman, all set to go to work."

Add "drug of choice: alcohol, marijuana, strong coffee, none, other."

Add "distraction du jour: fishing, sex, lunch with old friend, 50s TV re-run, other."

Add "excuse: sick child, car breakdown, fight with spouse, diarrhea, other."

Click "Make A Flake!" and go!

Result: Your Supervisor Says: "No trouble." "You're fired!" "Can I come along next time?" Extra credit for the last one, because you've made *two* flakes for the price of one!
