Tappan history question

When did Tappan start making electric ranges, dishwashers, and refrigerators?

I see online they started in 1881 with cast iron stoves. Was gas started about then too or were they just coal/wood?

The Appliance Trade in Blue Book for 1960 shows Tappan gas ranges going back as far as 1946, but Tappan electric ranges only going back as far as 1951. It shows other brands of electric ranges going back to 1946 so maybe Tappan only started making electric ranges in 1951. As a family friend used to say, "Don't quote me on this."
