Great sign! What kind of money for a Maytag sign?

Found a pictures of the Whirlpool sign, at least a partial picture.
Abe had a funny story. He said Whirlpool was giving him trouble about where he wanted to place the sign on his building. He said, "It was my building, my sign and I paid for it" So, he just didn't put it up at all.
Don't know why he didn't put up the Maytag and GE signs.
By the way, he has a couple of Maytag "lonely repairman" cardboard signs. One is a life size (or near) stand-up. However, neither one is the original lonely repairman.

Sadly, Abe passed away on November 24, at the age of 90.

I'm sorry to hear about Abe, he was a really nice guy. He loved to talk and had lots of information that he shared. My visit to his shop was a great experience, I feel like there's not a lot of people out there that can be so jovial and welcoming to strangers. He will be missed.

But I am sick and tired of when people whine about their new washers and dryers not performing properly when it's their own arrogance. They still stuff everything in, not even bothering to sort.
What do they do? SUE!!!! Common sense is blown out of the water!
