Luigi, thank you for the pics.  Now I can see that dishwasher clearly.  It was real deal GE TOL.  I think that may be a Versatronic.  If not, similar to one with all those knobs for setting cycles and options.

Luigi, thank you!.. and Bob, I haven't, in my memory of searching, seen that G.E.mode, not to suggest it hasn't appeared on pages of aw.org. It's too bad they didn't post a few other interior views and panel close-ups.

Phil, I think someone here found one of these years ago.  I think a brochure continaining this model has also been posted.  The knobs were for cycle selection (rather than a button) as well s variable wash time and dry time.

Shower of ?

What is the cursive writing (anyone)below the General Electric label? I know there was Power Shower in the top loads, but is that Shower of Power or Silver Shower or?

So this was a TOL, possibly, in the early 70's maybe?

"Power Scrub"

This is a SD850N, shows up in the 1972 catalog; includes the Variable "Power Scrub" Cycle.  At least as far as what's illustrated in this Sweets insert, it's TOL.

Also includes the "Americana" badge (lower left on the control panel, centered under the 3 switches).
