Help Support :

im not going to get into a debate here but if you wanna be picky about stuff then fine, but i didnt appriciate it, george could have made his point without it, but i honestly i dont care anymore!!!

End OF!

Jacob,

My heart goes out to you. What a horrible thing to happen. Having something stolen is a not a nice feeling, especially when it is something you treasure.

Hopefully you will be able to replace it with another machine.

As for everyone else please stop arguing and spare a thought for Jacob.

BTW Jacob, I thought that was lovely of you to include a box of powder in with the machine you sold.

So sorry to hear the terrible news...

Jacob, so sorry to hear about this, it is downright indecent of humans to steal something cherishable for their own well being. Gypsies are often sorry excuses for mankind and this scrap metal dealing business is definatley OTT. I'm lucky enough to have my collection in a shed well away from the main road at Gran's but gypsies do sometimes come here to "paint buildings" (often with watered down solution) or "looking for unwanted metals" (but usually take more than they are told to). My shed is well hidden so they never see it which is good, this outweighs the disadvantage of being cold and not very permanent.

So sorry once more but like me you are young and we both have started quite early in the game and by the time we're in our 80's 1000's of machine will have come and gone through our doors.

James.

im not arguing and i already expressed my sympathies to jacob, its a horrible thing to have happen and hopefully he'l get his machine back. if theres two on ebay for sales id say one of those is his machine.

ill swear however much i want, my attitude doesnt t=stink thank you very much and you will NOTbe the one to tell me it does, the guy who stole this persons pride and joy is a BASTARD. what i write is up to me and you cant stop me.. your the only one making a big deal, so stop it and just move on jees. sorry to hear about your washer jacob you should have got the reg plate,Best regards george

ok george i have moved on, id like to retract my other comments as i realize that at some point i might feel the need to swear on here if im angry about something, so from here on id like to forget about the previous posts and start again. id rather get on with all the members on here including yourself.

so what say you george??

btw i love your profile pic, its an indesit machine am i right, only i noticed the Ariston drum and the indesit door :)

Jacob,
Perhaps you should consider making it harder for people to steal your machines. In my area you just don't see washing machines sitting out. In fact scrappers will argue over things sitting out. Usually the scrappers in my area are just druggies that need a fix for their habit. Yes they will come on your property and take things. Due to the measures that I have in place, they know better. One thing you can do is get a steel braided cable, run the cable through your machines, and through something that is anchored to the ground in your garage. Lock the ends with a big pad lock. Let this be a learning experience for you. Apparently the scrappers must have liked that machine more than you did. Theft is only going to get worse as people get more desperate. You must not live in a bad neighborhood. no?

yes, its a nice machine :)

yes thats fine, i saw your comments after i posted it i was like **** **** ********
and yes it is, its a WG1233TG, if you want to see some videos check out my youtube channel Ilovemiele1. this machine unfortunately died though, and im waiting on money in the post from jacob actually, as hes buying parts of it. but theres a few vids of it if your interested :)

George...

Sorry about the postage, you have recieved it, but its still at the RM place am I right?

supremewhirlpool: The garage was open, but we only see these scrap men in Haston (the name of the area I live in, estate of Garforth) occasionally, so I wasn't expecting it.

Jacob

I feel really sorry for you, Jacob. At least some scrap men in this area actually knock on your door and ask if they could take away your scrap, like what they did with my old Zanussi dryer.
