What if?

What would music be like today if Buddy and Patsy Cline had lived? Hard to imagine Buddy in the 60's with long hair.

I've always wondered what Patsy would have accomplished if she were still alive. Would she have done duets with Loretta Lynn & Tammy Wynette? Would she have her own TV variety show?

I sure they would sing their hearts out all over the world. Rest in Peace fallen angels.

Interesting Story On Buddy Holly . .

I live in Buddy Holly's hometown of Lubbock, Texas. The City has had many problems with Buddy's widow over legal rights for the use of his name at City venues such as the "Buddy Holly Center". Interesting how our City is trying to keep his memory alive, and "Mrs. Holly" just wants to keep her pockets lined with Benjamins!

How quickly time flies

Isn't it amazing how quickly time goes by who could believe this tragedy happened 50 years ago,I understand Buddy Holly was only 22 years old.
I am you good folk imagine if they were still with us today, another fallen singing angel who comes to mind is Karen Carpenter.

How strange!

Funny I just looked up Karen Carpenter's death and interestingly enough it was today,4th February 1983.
R.I.P. Karen.(loved your music.)
