So I finally conned a family member into unloading my newly acquired HA806/DE808, thanks to RCD! Here's a quick shot taken before my departure to work. More cleaning and detailed work will be done in a couple of days.

I need a little help from you fellow autowasher members. Please post your "In House" collection pics so I don't feel like a complete nutjob!

Dan, Dan, Dan...

You never told me about that cutie 2nd from the right in the back row! Can I have a picture of it with the model, please? Yours are absolutely fantastic, Fred. 900's are my Mt. Everest of wishlist finds!

Oh yes I have, many times. It's a 1964 DE750. My very first vintage appliance collection.....and I got it for free! Finding the matching washer will be next to impossible, but I still check craigslist on a daily basis. The incorrect ivory buttons are from a 906, but are exactly the same. I found some new gray buttons on ebay in Jan and the parts owner died between the transaction (believe it or not, it was a lady). I'm still going back and forth with the husband on getting those damn buttons *mad*

I have a 1964 A-702 that has been torn down now for over a year. The base is badly rusted through and the damper and springs are down right scary as it sat outside for a couple of years. The chrome trim that runs around the console is badly pitted and the snowflake design on the glass has completely faded away. I want to pair the 750 and 702 up, but I need too many hard to find parts. One day.....

So when are you going to get a "night shot photo"?

When I figure out how to apply 120 volts to the console lights on all of the dryers (can't run more than 1 dryer at a time).

I can only hope -

That my laundry room looks like that at some point...

Insanity? More like Utopia!

Nice sets Dan...I like the control panel on the push button dryer. They are good dryers and left clothes soft. I have a 806 like the one on the right with blue control panel. I will find a dryer one day. I still want a newer set one of these days. Fred, your set is awsome. Did you have to do much to restore them or just lucky. You can't beat a Maytag. Enjoy! Dano, all you have to do is ask...

How newer is 'newer'? Let me know a year range, color and gas/electric preference and I'll see what I can do!

Swestoyz, 2nd row back, 1st on the right. What is that washer and can I have a better picture of it? It looks to be the match for my 641c dryer as far as dial, buttons, etc is concerned. I gotta keep my eyes peeled...

Washer is a 700. Too new as it has the "snowflake" design on the glass instead of the (older) stripes. Finding the matching washer is gonna be a real bitch. Believe me, I've been looking :)
