The Laundry Alternative - unable to be reached…?

Hi knowledgable folks…

I’ve been trying to reach the folks at The Laundry Alternative… I have a Silk Lux Machine that appears to have bit the dust, and am trying to see what the potential fault may be…

Have reached out to The Laundry Alternative by FB Messenger - no response… Email - no response… Phone, it doesn’t get answered…

I don’t know what else or how else to try and contact them…

A little frustrating to say the least from a Customer Service standpoint…

Any suggestions?

I’d really rather not dispose of this machine for a potential ‘easy fix’

Any help is greatly appreciated!

When I bought 2 products from them earlier this year, that's the number I had for them.
They were kind of difficult to reach then, too. Unfortunately. They have good products for the money.

I would blame this labor market for them being understaffed.

I'm sorry for the huge delay.

The company has an internal rule that only the CEO and the product design director (that's me) reply to customer messages.

I had a surgery last Sunday after a whole week struggling with a growing pain. I take full responsibility for the delay to reply to you and I'm terribly sorry for that.
