Let me tell you all the story of a charming 1956 Norge TIMELINE automatic washing machine that lasted some 52 years in fine working order- then along came the LAUNDRY FAIRY--and approximately 52 years, and ONE WEEK later, LADY TIMELINE was dead! (NO, not the timer this time) Some months later, with a new wiring harness, the charming Norge came home to the Laundry Fairy from the repair shop. Realizing the urgency of preserving this "TIMELESS" masterpiece on video, CommodoreJohn seized the moment and recorded every move of LADY TIMELINE during her NORMAL wash cycle before it's TOO LATE!

Commodorejohn:-Excellent film clip of your norge timeline---Remember my mom had one of those--the video of it working remined me so much of watching it as a kid!even just barely tall enough to open the lid and look inside!your Norge and Roberts KN with its big RS agitator reminds me so much of the machinbes my mom had(Norge) and Grandmother had(KN).Loved those Norge deep rinses!

Oh my God, you're so lucky to have such a beautiful machine! I'm still searching for one, my oldest Norge is a 1964, still looking for an older model and a Timeline would be awesome. Too bad I moved from Phx 2 years ago, otherwise I'd invite myself over for a wash-in! Keep those Norge videos & photos coming!

Ross, I had no idea that the timeline on the Norge had a background light!!! Really neat!!!

Here's How the Shark Tackles This!

Simple as removing the extra http://. Now you'll be directed right into John's page. By the way, Robert's link has revealed some other washer demos that I am more than happy to collect as well. Therefore, thanks a ton to John, Robert, and Ross.--Laundry Shark

In the Process of Collecting...

As soon as Online.Movavi.com would quit eating my submissions into thin air, I would eventually have all the demos for "The Chairman," the Baby, The Norge Timeline, and the Danby. Again, many thanks for Youtubing these videos.--Laundry Shark

Laundryshark, Thanks for the info. On the DELUXE forum, I have to add the extra http:, but I guess not on the IMPERIAL. Anyways, I'm going to re-post BETTER-QUALITY videos of the CHAIRMAN later this week, as well as a few more of some other portables and the HARMONY. I've ordered another 12lb Capacity HAIER-made AVANTI washer and when it gets here I'll make a video of that also. Yes, I said ANOTHER ONE--the original has joined the LAUNDRY FAIRY'S collection, (although she doesn't like it because it'll oversuds with PHOSPHATES). It's my VERY FAVORITE small machine (although not that small actually) and has a highly unusual wash action with many different cycles and options. It should be here sometime later this week I hope.

Looking Forward to Growing My Video Collection

In my case, since I am totally blind, as long as the audio is top notch, I'm not worried about the visuals. *grins* As an experienced poster to all three forum sections, copying and pasting a URL *with the http:// once,* is the best and consistent routine that always works for me. The key is to get into the Address Bar of the desired Youtube or other Website, highlight the entire Address, and copy it to the Clipboard. Then switch over here to the forum and paste it into the Web Address or URL field. Then you'll be headed for town without a hitch. Looking forward to those additional Asian made and other interesting washer videos. Again, many thanks.--Laundry Shark
