I have had faith in justice and decency restored today!,after about 12 months of arguing between lawyers on both sides I finally won a case of back pay being owed to me by one of the largest retail chains in this country, but I tell you at times I nearly gave in to them and yet, I knew I was in the right and today I was finally vindicated, but you know what it really is a disgrace when you have to go to these lengths to get what is a basic entitlement supposedly enshrined in legislation here.
I wonder if this is what will happen widespread here now when the Federal Government introduce their changes to the industrial relations system, it is really quite worrying becasue I wonder how many people in my position would give up.
Oh Well at least on this occasion, the little man on his own won.
