Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

dishwasher with window

Wow that is awsome. I wonder if the design will come to America
I dont actually see any controls on this model (it must be well hidden). I would definatly like to get more specs.

Jamie, I was just wonder how much noise this machine makes, how would you compare it to a full size dishwasher. It is just so cute with that window.

that can't be a Haier

it has too much Danby DNA. That looks identical to my old Danby white coutnertop machine with just a few slight changes.
-silver exterior
-same wash arm but with different jets
-slightly different rack, but same layout
-larger, non-tinted window
-text for controls instead of international icons :(
-self cleaning filter

The self cleaning filter tray is the coolest feature i think. i hated having to scrub out the screen after every other load. with particles sitting in it too between fills, it would never have purely clean rinse water.

this "star" machine looks like it has all the cool stuff i wish my Danby had!

best of luck!

On the subject of countertop dishwashers...

...does Bosch sell their countertop dishwasher in the US?

It looks similar to the Haier-made ones, though better made but then again they are 2 or 3 times the price as the Haier ones!

Cold fill recommended, but all "cold fill" dishwashers here can be run on hot or cold, just like US dishwashers :-).

Jon

BTW, the recommendation is also so that the dishwasher runs as close to the energy efficiency tests as possible.

Hey nice silver machine. These are sold under many brands in the Uk as Jon pointed out. They are usually made by Naiko Asia. However I have to warn you the doors are prone to failure as the windows leak after time as the plastic cracks eventually with the heat and the seal fails. I used to sell these machines over the past two years and they were a nightmare so I stopped buying them in. They do wash and dry very well and are well built. Nothing else usually goes wrong. they've ditched the window in the current models and gone to a solid door now. If they'd used a glass door i'm sure it wouldn't break like plastic does. Sure is fun to watch though.
