Well, looks like the dreaded F1 error has visited my once proud Oasis. Time to move on. My father in law who's WP is also about to bite the dust is offering to buy the Oasis from me (incl. the computer board to fix it).

So that means a new washer in headed my way. I know this may seem as a blasphemy at least to me but it is NOT a Kenmore (even though I bought it at Sears). Being on a tight budget I had to get what I thought was bang for the buck.

Not saying the exact make and model but this washer is kind of unique, quirky, cute, and I hope reliable, and it will be here on Tuesday (they're selling like hotcakes I imagine).

Pics to come.

Life's Good.

Look who's back!

Oh no, I suppose you have checked the pressure hose that it is not clogged somewhere? The internet says it's either that or, as you've said, a failed control. :-(

Looking forward to that... LG?

I'm not sure about Kenmores but any of our Whirlpool Cabrios that flash a F! error code are covered under a lifetime rework program under Whirlpool, it is service pointer S153AC, Whirlpool will replace the main board, harness and speed sensor if necessary. Try checking ebay for a board, they cant be that expensive. Good Luck.
