I find it slightly distasteful, and just wrong to use AI to impersonate voices of people who can not give their permission. So why not just use your own voice. If anyone agrees please chime in.

I understand that some people may feel uneasy about AI-generated voices and videos. However, if you look at the comments on those YouTube videos where I’ve set the tone with these vintage voices, the overwhelming majority are really enjoying what I’m creating. This is the direction creativity is moving—whether you like it or not—and it’s only going to continue to evolve from here.

So no, I completely disagree with you and will continue on as I've been doing. Of course no one is forcing you to watch anything you feel is distasteful.

So outside of good comments, this is alas about good ratings, Do you do not feel this is morally wrong ? You know there is a saying that is progress but as we all have seen, progress is not always better. I kept wondering throughout the video, are they not all dead. Did he just compile audio clips.

I don’t see this as “immoral” in any way—if I did, I simply wouldn’t do it. To me, it’s a way of honoring their legacy, since these are characters we all truly love. And it’s important to remember: these are voices of fictional TV characters, not real people. At the end of the video, Washerman even says, “through the miracle of AI we are able to bring these characters back and give them new life.” This isn’t about chasing ratings—it’s about keeping something special alive.


It’s a gift of technology, something we couldn’t have even imagined a decade ago.

Ok, I just sent it he other way and while everyone is saying AInis going to be great , I see the bad side. Everything we see is now questionable and students will cheat even more in school.
