Hey Guys,
If a person could, wouldn't it be fun to design and build your
own perfect washer?
If I built my own, I would want the 20lb tub capacity of the
70's Norge, the spin/rinse of the Kenmores, a lid that opens
from right to left, 2nd rinse, lighted control panel, the list
would go on and on. Hmmmm. You would only be limited to your
own imagination.

I'm surprised with all the retro stuff going on that appliance manufacturers haven't picked up on that. I think there's a real market out there. Especially for machines with lot's of buttons, dials, chrome and lighted panels. I'm also surprised that with the popularity of the Frigidaire jetcones that somebody hasn't brought it back in someway, seems to me it's good technology that has a proven track record compared to some of the new stuff.

Was just thinking about that a few days ago,the perfect washer thing,an overflow rinse would be a must, and a spin of AT LEAST 1,000 RPM,would luv the Jet Action to come back.Who remembers the 1976-77 Frigidaire ad,showing it against a DA Kenmore. They placed a sock in the water of the Kenmore and it barely moved, then in the Frigidaire, which quickly undertowed the item.Kewl!p.s.below it says to go to my link, but that is an unerasable error.
