Waterwitch, what year is your Apex parts book, please? On agitator 195A, 141A, very obvious on 197A, what is that unusual tab at the top of the vanes with the hole in it. I remember a family member having a similar machine,also that strange little agitator cap made a "ting" sound while washing. It is shown over to the right of the page, i cannot read the text.
