I posted my resume on Careerbuilder and sure enough it collected the following spam, which seems suspiciously like the infamous Nigerian bonanza scam:

What really cheeses me off is that I used one of my favorite email addresses for the career builder login... and now it's collecting spam that yahoo can't or won't filter out.

Spam be damned!

I have a yahoo email address that I have had for almost ten years and it gets the usual amount of spam. One thing that I have complained numerous times about is Yahoo's inability to put in what would seem like a simple rule that if the date on the email is higher than today's date (i.e. emails coming from 2038, or even next month) then delete them automatically. They can't do it. Or won't do it, and just say they can't.

I finally went to using the mail program on my mac, and it is superb at getting rid of spam, and keeping up on spam trends.

I've used Yahoo, although I'm looking at moving on. One thing I hate about Yahoo is the lousy filtering. I get messages from a mailing list plopped in the Spam folder, and messages from Mrs. Ima Crooke telling me I just won five billion dollars in the Antarctica National Lottery in my Inbox.

Any of you guys try Gmail? I receive a spam email once every 3 or 4 months, tops. Might be worth a look-
