A Full Size Hoover Washer and Dryer! This is the set that Gansky bought in Early Iowa a couple of years ago. He gave them to John L. in DC who kept them in his warehouse for a couple of years, and traded them to me. Being from very near the N.Canton Hoover plant, Im especially excited to get these.......

Hoover Tub and Filter. The lint filter goes in the empty spot on the left of the back of the tub. Its missing from this washer. Can you imagine the hunt thats going to take to find one of these? Im sure its out there somewhere!

Agitator removed.........this is very close to a Westinghouse top loading agitator. The block/spline is different than a Westinghouse tho.........talk about complicated!

Agitator post..........This washer is pretty rough. Its going to need just about a complete rebuild. I had bought a similar vintage Blackstone washer a couple of years ago which will end up being the parts donor for this washer. Hoover was outsourced badge engineered from Blackstone.......

BIG dryer front door..........The dryer is not in as bad of shape as the washer. The motor runs and it heats fine, the timer advances and shuts off as it should. There is a problem with the glides or rollers that the drum turns on......I have not disassembled it yet as to find out why, but Im sure I can engineer something just in case I cant find the actual parts.........
