When I'm looking for something specific, I use the less possible search terms. I didn't even notice the misspelled "Refrigerator" the only term I used was "Harvest" and not too many results came up. There's no need to place other restrictions in the search terms when you have something as "Harvest" that's already quite restrictive on the number of results you'll get.
BTW, if this fridge is something you would consider and it's not too far from your driving range (5-6 hours is a bit more than 3 and I assume you have a vehicle or a trailer to get it). It could be OK if you make lower offer. It's a nice size refrigerator (20 cu-ft) which is above average for 1970s top-freezer refrigerators. If you're not too fussy about it not being perfect, the paint might clean up nicely with some car wax to remove some of the stains and doing some small touch-ups here and there. Now, when buying appliances that are disconnected, there's always a risk that something is wrong. You might want to ask the seller to connect it and set it to the lowest setting for both the fridge and the freezer sections so you could verify the temperatures. You want the freezer to be well below 0°F most of the time between the defrost periods (and empty freezer will take some time to get back to 0° or below after the defrost cycle). Seeing that it cools doesn't mean it doesn't have other issues such as a bad defrost system, a noisy defrost timer or a noisy blower but these parts are easier to replace...
You're probably aware of all that but I think it's better to be prepared for the worst than expecting getting something perfect when you look for these things. When I got my harvest gold side by side refrigerator two years ago, it was advertised as $25 and located about an hour and 1/2 away so I figured I didn't have much to loose (I had to ask a friend to help me with his truck as I had the engine/transmission out of mine at that time).
It was missing some parts for the ice maker (I bought a NOS one later which did cost twice the price of the fridge!), the defrost timer was noisy, some interior lights were bad and the light switch in the fridge section was broken but otherwise it was fine and the freezer got much below 0°F quite quickly. The defrost timer was inexpensive (something like $12 on eBay) and I managed to fix the light switch with a screw and a piece of plastic.
I wasn't in a hurry to get a harvest gold fridge so I just had to wait until I got one that wasn't too far or expensive... Some are even being offered for free. But I paid much more for some fridges that I wanted badly, even when not working properly.
When I get something that's far from where I live, I try to make the trip itself enjoyable, so if there's a deception with what I got, I still have not completely lost my time driving there! Sometimes, the trip itself is better than what you're getting even if you're getting something that's in great condition!
