I'm not good at 'dating' Maytags, but I think this one is 1954 or 1955.  A real oldie but goodie!!

Yes Paul nailed it, this example

is a late 1955 as it has the "new"sediment removal tub feature- all that nasty sediment goes down the drain !!!!
