I know this is off the beaten track(no pun intended) but I know there are many of you here who may be collectors of different sorts.
We have probably over 1000 Thomas trains and accessories that we have accumulated through the years while my son was growing up. He enjoyed many hours of playing with these toys and creating vignettes that he used to photograph and record. He has Autism and these gave him endless hours of enjoyment and as a matter of fact, he had me dig them all out again this weekend so he could set a bunch of them up to play with. We have spent thousands on them all and while I hate to get rid of them, my wife and I have decided that it is time to do so.

Therefore, I would like to offer them to our members first before placing them on EBAY.
Most of them are either new or slightly used but all are out of their boxes.

We also have boxes of tracks in wood, and the blue plastic as well. Not to mention the bridges, stations, towns, etc.

If you are interested in any of them, feel free to post your requests here or email me with the items you are looking for and I will venture to bet we have at least one of what you may want. I don't want to have you all bidding against each other so make your offers and we will go from there. Sound fair enough?

Let us know.
Steve

My nephews son (my great nephew?) aged about 3 is a mega Thomas fan as well. It's Thomas this and Thomas that and their house is full of Thomas paraphenalia as well. He can recite just about anything Thomas LOL He's not hard to buy for that's for sure.
When they came for Christmas I think the only Thomas thing he got from the all the family hereabouts was a Thomas book and that book had to be read to him right away upon opening it, forget about all the other stuff he'd already opened HA.

I know that drill!

We have bought all the big books and all the read alongs thru the years and he still has some of them.

Let me know if you are looking for anything inparticular as sometimes items get discontinued and hard to find

My daughter loves Thomas. Pronounced Tom-Piss by my four-year-old.

If only I had the room for a complete set, it would make a wonderful birthday present for her next week.
I am sure you will find a collector that would be thrilled at such a find.

Let us know how your sale goes.

People with kids, help me understand...

Sometimes I would watch Thomas and Friends and I could not figure out what the show was trying to teach. It seems to be trains gossiping about each other while at work. Is it supposed to teach kids how to be petty?
