Queen For a Day

My first ever exposure to an applause meter. Loved that!

Quickly followed by a sobbing winner being robed and crowned.

It was really more like, "Queen For a Few Minutes" though.

Queen for a Day was my first . . .

. . . exposure to Speed Queen washing machines. They were not sold in my area and I had never heard of that brand until I saw it on Queen For A Day.
