Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support AutomaticWasher.org:

I agree with you Ken.

I know I sometimes inflict self depricating humor that has sexual overtones, buy really I kindof a prude.

A public bathroom is for "going to the bathroom" and washing hands, and maybe checking your hair. That's it.

I remember 10 years ago when I first started "coming out" I was perturbed at the police trying to stop the cruising in Madison, WI city parks(as I am sure they did in other cities). But why should we Beautiful Gay people be relegated to such dangerous circumstances? We deserve better.

Today, if you want that, go on line.

And yes there are people who actually like glory holes. WHY? It's like a form of denial. It seems so archaic. (by Archaic I mean a bad greedy insecure, pastey white male, republican inspired idea from the first 1/2 of the 1900's)

And NO,
the media at this time,
without The Fairness Doctrine in place,
and with 90% of the media ownership being by a few republican biased sources
DOES treat Democrats differently than sleazy republicans.
In times of Scandal, which for republicans is sooooo often, gone as far as changing the (R), that would indicate republican, that would accompany an individuals name to (D), that would indicate Democrat, when reporting on yet another republican piece of white-trash in an effort to create confusion. It's documented.

People we need the Fairness Doctrine. It, much like Unions, and fair taxes on people and corporations making more than $125,000 a year, IS GOOD!

Ask for it at your local grocer. (bling)
Or better yet contact your elected officials, who are government servants here to serve EACH of us.

What I want to know is,

who would find this man - who looks like an elderly Baptist minister, or the head of the local Elks Lodge - sexually attractive. That's -almost- more repulsive than going for some action in a public cesspool.

I guess there ARE gays who find shriveled, flabby, pasty-looking old white men attractive but I sure am not one of them.

(That's the police booking photo below.)

Oh, Now, now ...

(lol)

(everyone has their type)

Yes, he does look creepily like a repressed Baptist. scarey.

Gasp, We love you, DADDY WARBUCKS!, and by the way thanks for another black eye. This time, OUR community will pray for you, and your family. How sad, to live (some part, or all of your life as a lie). alr2903

He did not age well

These pictures were taken with a quarter inch layer of gauze over the lens. Maggie, get out the make-up kit.

From maggie-hamilton's link

Republican Senator Norman Coleman, of Minnesota, called for him to stand down, saying: "Senator Craig pled guilty to a crime involving conduct unbecoming to a senator."

ROFLMAO

Right, and none of the laws they pass indicate anything
unbecoming.

I was wondering when this topic would make its way into a thread here...

"Tappy McHappy Pants", lol, paints quite a picture...

Been discussing the incident on a political forum. It's amazing how the conservatives try to turn this around to saying that liberals are anti-gay for even bringing it up. They just don't get it, do they? But they don't have much of a argument with all the prominent Republicans calling for Craig's resignation.

I don't think he should resign... I think he should get some psychiatric help and make a clean breast of things. Maybe get a real boyfriend or something. Perhaps it's not too late.

But please don't mock the man for his age. Bear in mind that all of us, if we are lucky, will get to be his age, or older, and I can pretty much guarantee you won't look like you did at 25 by that point.

Bend over, honey, and take your punishment like a man.

Sing it girls....
Where ya gonna go when the beauty fades?
Are ya gonna run? Are ya gonna hide? GET OUTTA THE GAME!

Imagine what a country this would be if lawmakers were to do what was best for the country first, and their political party somewhere further down the list.

I also invite all to look at the judgementalness and vocalness seen above in these posts while we ourselves are not perfect. This is the exact quality we appear to be mocking in the dear, misunderstood senator. Also the average 9 year-old believes in extremes. Always or never, black-and-white perfectly right or perfectly wrong. For those who have matured past that level, the world is a lot more grey; especially true in one's 40's *LOL*

The joy of the universe is that it is round. One does not have to lift a finger for justice. Justice will be served and come about all on its own. He will pay for his actions dearly. His greatest fear (to be treated as a poor disguisting low-life homo because, after all, he is "straight") is exactly what he will be getting.

I bless you dear senator, but I bless you AWAY from me. May you receive as much forgivenss and compassion as you have given from your own heart to others. So be it and so it is.

You would cry too , if it happend to you. and YOU WILL GET O

Back on the mythical island of meipos in the Aegean, there was a tiny town that had very limited resources. It was a culture of thousand of years that had decided centuries ago to thow its old citizens off the cliff into the sea at a certain age. Both young and old were so accustomed to this that it did not even appear odd to them.

So the strapping young virile gorgeous son had thrown his poor old wrinkled impotent now-simple-minded father over his shoulder and dragged him up to the cliff. The young stud stopped at a certain point to rest and take a deep breath. The old man said. Yes my son, this is the exact spot that I too rested with my father.

American culture in the past has taught and encouraged pointless competition. Look at these stupid 'reality' shows, in the last 7 years. Who can be forced off the island. Get real. What happened to quality sitcoms from the 90s?

In republican thinking,
If you can pump your ego by "winning" an arguement with verbal sparring, then suddenly, the results ARE reality.

Damn the truth.

It is delusional and pathetic at least. And very corrupt and fatal as is the case with IRAQ and Hurricane Katrina.

I'm not playing.

Having free airwaves, without the requirement for honesty or credibility only helps to encourage this freak 'lifestyle'.

I'm sure we all have relatives like that that we are embarrassed because of.

I have relatives who were once successful who are falling on their asses now, corrupted by this very type of thinking. Especially my father, but they think that if they maintain the illusions, if they keep their lawn mowed, If they keep their memebership at the golf club, if they continue to go through the motions of years gone by, that the reality bubbling from beneathe them, won't happen and they won't fall.

This is what being republican is about.

It 'ain't' pretty.

~If you can pump your ego by "winning" an arguement with verbal sparring, then suddenly, the results ARE reality.

Any belief or verbalization, NO MATTER HOW PASSIONATLY STATED, does not make it reality. The real question, I'd say, is "why the need for such strong and loud convictions?"

But being that we humans are of limited intelligence, intution, information and are bound by (and believe in) something technically non-existant (time), I believe it is always wise to allow room for the possibility of being blatantly wrong and misguided.

News Conference

When I saw his news conference this morning, I immediately thought of this. Perhaps the senator enjoys watching Little Britain as well.

"If you can pump your ego by "winning" an arguement with verbal sparring, then suddenly, the results ARE reality."

I blame it on Hollywood and TV. Most Republicans (and some Democrats) like to give pretty speeches that are straight out of a Frank Capra film (without the socialist undertones, of course). They fancy it makes them "one of the people". Look no further than GW and his "Texas" mangling of the language (this from a Maine Yankee) to see that.

And TV: Most sitcoms in the last 30 years or so have depended on the simple-minded insult for most of their comedic value. Try comparing almost any sitcom today to finely crafted stuff like "The Dick Van Dyke Show", or even the more "lowbrow" stuff like "The Beverly Hillbillies" to see how low it has sunk

...and don't even start me on cable news, and their whole "screaming match" mentality.

People see that, and absorb it, and think that's the way they should act. We all suffer for it.

I've been holding off making any comments beacuse I couldn't stop laughing. Idaho really IS a great place to live. (After all, Rock Goddess Carole King lives here)But, we sure love our Republican sleezeballs. Craig is only one of many.

Craig has always been anti-gay, ranting and raving about how gays destroy the sanctity of the family and marriage. I guess he meant kinda like he just did to his own family. Really, Larry! Flirtin in the shitter? How romantic!!

Of course, here in Idaho we are real men, who think marriage should be between one man, one woman, and the man's huntin' and fishin' buddies Percy and Lance.

Risking the possibility of causing this thread to degenerate (although it's quite possible it will elevate a thread devoted to the story of a politician caught soliciting sex in a public restroom), I offer this tidbit:

At time I am kidded about my age (and I'm not THAT old) when I'm with a group of younger men (usually in a competitive atmosphere, such as motorcycling or sports), I let the first few jokes ride. Then after the third one, I generally look at the speaker right in the eye, and say slowly and seriously,

"You'll be very lucky to live as long as this."

That generally shuts them up.

LOL!

I guess they moved from parks to airports.

Does anyone remember when George Michael (Wham!) got caught in a park bathroom? Later on the in National Enquirer, there was a article about how George Michael told the police officers in the car "But I'm George Michaels, I'm from Wham! From the 80s, you can't arrest me" but the officers did not remember Wham!. Later on, when George Michael stated "I'm Not Gay" Boy George ("Do You Really Want to Hurt Me")stated "We are all sisters under the skin".

"No, if it was a Democrat, the only place you would hear about it is on conservative talk radio. The media has field days when a conservative Republican screws up".

Well, It seems these days most scandals in Washington are centered around corrupt Republicans who say one thing to their base and do another thing in private. ex: Duke Cunningham,Bob Ney,Jack Abramoff,Scooter Libby, Mark Foley,Karl Rove, David Vitter,Larry Craig..shall I continue?

Secondly,...Flashback to 1999 at the height of the Monica Lewinsky scandal. Bill Clinton was torn to pieces by the so called "liberal" news media. ABC,NBC,CBS.CNN...etc etc. Meanwhile, Al Queda was planning their attack on America and all the Republican controlled Congress focused on was getting Clinton impeached.
I am tired of conservatives whining about liberal media bias. Everyone knows Fox News is bought and sold by the Republican Party.

I wonder what bathroom at MSP it was? Concourse A,B C or D? Was he flying to/from Washington?
Personally, I don't think that they should have to have undercover cops in the cans at the airport. You shouldn't have to worry about that either.

Thanks for the little history lesson about "tea rooms", once again I learned something new!

Attacks

Sean Hannidy and Rush "Betty Ford" Limbaugh spent all day lambasting Craig's outers, naturally -- laughably accusing THEM of divisiveness, rabble-rousing and politically motivated mudslinging.

What I want to know from these two Wind Bags is, what else do THEY do BUT foster divisiveness, rabble-rousing and politically motivated mudslinging.

Have any of you risked losing your sanity and listened to either of these pompous blowhards? Oh, the pain, the pain............ It's absolutely excruciating.

And, yes, I =DO= unabashedly and without shame, point a BIG FAT FINGER OF ACCUSATION at Larry Craig and all of the fearful, flabby, prissy-pants closet queens like him. Not for what they do but for the blatant, psychotic hypocrisy behind it.

Complicity in the violence and murders committed against EVERY GAY MAN because of their phony, self-serving, homophobic piety falls on the head of every one of these smugly leering, small-minded, beady-eyed bottom-feeders (literally, in some cases, errrg...).

Boy oh boy, don't even get me started on these hate-mongers.

=======

P.S.: And I am =NOT= guilty of ageism. Even the Good Book that all these hypocrites love to get up in their bully pulpits and quote from states, "There is a time and a place for everything under the sun." (Ecclesiastes 3:1)

Sorry, but there just comes a time when it IS time to put that gristly old weenie away and stop annoying people with it. Larry Craig went out of season many, many moons ago.

The myth of "liberal media" has been around since at least the Nixon administration, when the paranoiacs of the Nixon regime (many of whom have found their way to the current administration) were grasping at straws to explain the crookedness of their leader.

People of normal intelligence know its a fraud: All of the mainstream media organizations are owned by, or heavily influenced by, the military/industrial complex. (A phrased coined by the dangerous radical Dwight Eisenhower) A reporter could be to the left of Karl Marx and pour his politics into his writings, but by the time his copy made its way through the myriad editors, producers, and sponsor's reps, it would never see the light of day.

But more than anything, sex and violence is what sells in today's media environment. After Clinton was set up (and dumb enough to take the bait) the media went crazy. Most Dems are either too smart to take such bait, or too open about their lives for it to make good copy. It's only the repressed conservatives who rail against others who bring it upon themselves.

SOOO true.

Again, repubs think if they can argue and over talk people and use high resolution snazzy graphics, they can get away with relabeling and redefining and THIS will be the new reality, regardless of actual reality.

Calling one of their own 'moderates' a "liberal" and not bothering to have people who are actual Democrats on their shows.
These people are sick.

They are trying to redefine the lines, and America is waking up to this crap. SLLoowwly...

It is particularily sick how republicans have sleazed Americans into voting against themselves on issues like personal privacy, voting accuracy, fair taxes, clean water and air, safe imports, etc.

LOL, the demographics for that idiot bil o'reily is the over 60, white-male crowd. This is who watches those kinds of shows.
They suck this stuff in and believe it because:
a). it is easy on the ego, who doesn't want to hear "don't worry everything is fine, blame it on _______"

b). it doesn't require them to think, something men over 50 don't like to do. (They have a tendency to get stuck in a rut, you can't teach an old dog new tricks, it is said)

c). when they were growing up, the Fairness Doctrine was alive and one could count on a certain level of accuracy in the media so they think, "It must be true", unlike today. fox news is Pure white-trash republican propoganda.

Lol, If you give someone enough rope, perhaps they will hang themselves. I think that is what Democrats have been doing. Let the republican sleaze ruin themselves.
No mess or blame on Democrats. It has been fun watching the hypocritical lying radical-christian corrupt republican scum fall.

can't wait until 2008

when the Republican party loses more seats in Congress and The White House.

America has finally woken up to the deep corruption and hypocrisy in this party and they can thank their poster boy George W Bush for the downfall.
