Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support AutomaticWasher.org:

It's completely immersible. Turn off power first!

10 amps @ 120 volts.
WARNING: If your weiners are extra-large, cook fewer at one time to avoid overloading! Actual instructions!

The lid has a safety interlock. It is physially impossible to power this cooker with the lid removed.

Power enters via the detachable cord-set then flows down the metal impaling bar via two male prongs that fit onto the lid. One in front, one in rear.

Here is the lid upside down. Cordset/power entry port visible. Also seen are the "columns" holding the female part of the way power gets down to the metal impaling "teeth" if you will...

The little lock-nuts that hold the metal impaling bars down are broken. The attached to little plastic posts. Oh well, now they are removable for washing. *LOL*

I lost the 4th one right-quick!

See the impaling teeth?

That gives a whole new meaning to Zap your Weenie...I just wonder how many freaks out there and there are some that cant resist the urge to get zapped... that have actually laid down a "member" of theirs to see what would happen. i couldnt imagine the shocking experience.....just a thought.

oh Mike, behave!
Everyone knows(when you have had a perverted / kinky ex) that you merely take the female end off of an extension cord and use the live wires.

DONT DO THIS AT HOME OR ANYWHERE FOR ANY REASON!
DONT DO THIS WITH 220v (or even 110v)
PLEASE I BEG YOU DONT DONT DONT TRY THIS.

If you must go there "electric cattle-prods" are battery operated and much safer. The offer high voltage and low wattage, which is MUCH safer!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT THRY THIS!

Here was 40" (1 meter) Westinghouse stove. The fluorescent panel-light lights up when the cook-top elements are energized. The areas surrounding the control knobs also light up!

Whole new meaning to C&B-T.

I always wanted one of those hot dog cookers but I didn't really like eating them very much so it would have been a waste. Oh, never mind, congrats on the fun toy - I love it when the boxes are still around!

That GE perc is exactly like one I just delivered to a friend - got them hooked on percs and now I must be the supplier. It's a beautiful pot and NIB is the bee's knees at the sales!

toggles, if that's an original color from KA, then they would have called it something like Sunny Yellow since it wasn't the same shade as harvest gold.

Hmm. Taser. That's what it is called now.

Has anyone noticed it is not I that usually begins the descent of most threads to the sewer/gutter? LOL

I'd have thought that a KA DW of that era was strictly white.

The whole house was built in the 50's and had ONE owner. WAY COOL!

I always ask about vintage appliances for sale. The washer was a 90's Maytag. Foiled AGAIN! If the DW were not under a SS countertop's front overhang, I would have snatched it up, working or not! Wifey said it was dead, hubby said "sorta works" FEH!

ooooh I almost forgot

caller ID, weiner cooker and coffeepot $4.

Here is a Westclox brand manual wind-up kitchen timer from a different estate sale for 10 cents ($0.10).

(BTW what are the Euro coins and units called? What are their denominations/amounts?)

Fun Finds Steve!
Thanks for the pictures.
Love the boxed Weiner Maker! I appears to never been used, or cleaned very well.
I actually don't remember "The Great Hot Dog Maker"....
Can't wait to hear your review on it.

Euro coins...

We have 1 and 2 euro coins and 5, 10, 20 and 50 cent coins. Officially there are also 1 and 2 cent coins but these are not used in the Netherlands. We have no names for the coins like we had for the guilder coins. Some use the names that were used for equivalent guilder coins: "stuiver" for the 5 cent coin and "dubbeltje" (double) for the 10 cent coin. The coins of 20 and 50 cent were not used in the guilder era. We had then a 25 cent coin ("kwartje" = quarter) and a 2 1/2 guilder coin ("rijksdaalder" or "riks"). The 1 guilder coin was sometimes called "piek". The value of 1 1/2 guilder was called "daalder" although there was no coin with that value. During the last years of the guilder era there was also a 5 guilder coin but it had no specific name.
