Tide Simply Clean & Fresh Laundry Detergent

Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

Using a "regular" detergent in a front loading "HE" machine is more than like going to cause the machine to detect too many suds in the washer aka suds lock which isn't good for it in the long run. Depending on the machine- it could delay the cycle being completed while it tries to correct it. Even cutting back on the amount of the regular detergent can still cause the sensor to detect suds. You would be better off finding a detergent that is HE rated.

If one examines back of bottle

Tide Simply Clean & Fresh is for both HE and normal washing machines.

I've been using a bottle of Tide w Febreeze NON HE in our front loader and found it to not really suds much at all. The powdered HE Tide we use suds's equally as much.

I'm wondering who's used the Simply Clean and what do you think? All I've heard are complaints that it doesn't clean well. I personally didn't like the smell...
