OK Agiflow Pat, I thought you were gonna post and you assumed I was gonna post..so here I go writing to excess yet again.

Thanks so much for coming all the way from South Jersey to Long Island to see my collection and spend time with me last weekend.

I hope my directions were good!

Although my personal digital cam is not working, I happened to have my job's camera with me today and yesterday (Friday)so I was able to take pics of my new spinner/extractor, and while I was at it I tried to document my GE T/L.

Yes, I washed a load last night at midnight to run the spinner! LOL

Well, Thanks again for a great day. I hope you enjoyed your meal when I finally served it! (after I unintentionally starved you all day!) Machines to watch and discuss....no time ofr little things like food.

It was great to see your eyes open wide with the GE T/L FF and the mini-basket and having you see my Frid-Ge-More which I believe was your first F/L in a domestic setting!

If accidentally overloaded or if ther is an a-ir bubble in the clotheing as in a set of sheets thsi machine is great becasue it wets thsoe items on top that someitme just dont really get washed well. Then, IMHO the weight of the water making the item heavier pushes the item under, and eventualy turn-over.

Love that rhythmic pulsing sound.

The say falling water gives off negaive ions and that it helps awaken a person and makes ya feel good. Gee, Pat I thought that was your aura, that was doing that. What a nice guy, REALLY.

Gennaro's connections to water.

Drain hose (whte corrugated lastic) strapped to sink (ouch!)

Fill hose, black rubber hose that attaches to slop-sink faucet
via brass "Y" connection water diverter.

Behind the machine their is another "Y" connection (black rubber hoses in this case) that feed the one inlet into both sides (hot and cold) of the solenoid valve(s). Water temperature is selected at the sink.

Not shown is Freida's (the Frid-ge-more F/L-er) has a proper connction via hoses and one-lever shut off valve. That machine itself is located to the right of the sink.

Behind he GE's drain hose there is a stainless steel braided hose (with the hose-thread connector end snipped off, LOL) which is a drain from the dehumdifier.

The black hose actually whips around and changes direction to feed the GE which is to the left of the slop-sink.

y connections

Just out of curiosity, why don't you Y the connections that go to the FL machine and lead them to the GE so the temp selections are handled at the machine instead of the faucet and leaves the faucet free?

P.S.- Does it count that I already had the hose and the hardware from when the basement DW was located (where the spinner is now) before there was a lower-level kitchen?

From Fire Island- get to 27 West then get to the Southern State Parkway going west, then:

Take the Wantagh Parkway going north to the Northern State Parkway going west...

or if you miss that one... take the Meadowbrook Parkway going north to the Northern State Parkway going west.

Get off at Glen Cove Road.... as you can see any major artery comes to me.. if you get lost, I am near Roosevelt Field shopping mall.

Options are:

Long Island Expressway [the worlds longest parking lot!]
Northern State Parkway (aka the Grand Central Parkway in Queens)
Southern State Parkway (aka the Belt Parkway in Brooklyn)
Meadowbrook Parkway ...all work.

If you are by train, call me and we'll figure it out.
