On this day in history March 27, the following events occured,
1.Ist successful blood transfusion in Brussels 1914.
2.Andrew Rankin patents the urinal in 1866.
3.The shoelace was invented in 1794.
4.Former British Prime Minister Jim Callaghan was born 1912.
5.Singer and actor Shaun Cassidy was born in 1958.
6.Movie director Quntin Tarantino was born in 1963.
7.Singer Mariah Carey was born in 1971.
8.Oh! I almost forgot, I was born in 1964, but somehow I slipped through the net and was excluded from the list,, I am not so sure how I feel about sharing my birthday with the patent being issued for the urinal, but at least it is something important and momentous!!!.
