very heavy. approx 200-300lbs.
I can't imagine one of these weighing more than a Maytag automatic washer (about 230 pounds, depending on the model). Could be possible though....
I think the price is a smidgen high, considering its condition. Everybody's opinion about something being too far gone is very personal. In the classic car genre, I've seen some downright POS rust buckets with 1/2 the car missing brought back to showroom floor new condition, so.........

Any older machine you may actually use should have a grounded cord installed or an axially ground wire used if you want to keep an original style cord on the machine.
