Tru Earth and Dizolve detergent strips?

Has anyone tried these? They seem brilliant, but do they get the clothes clean?

I found some of the "strips" from LG Home and Chem on Facebook--they're kind of interesting---they have about the texture of spongy Listerine strips...they're a PVA foam; one sheet would probably be fine in a FL; I use it for a half-load in the KM DD.
