Help Support :

Mr. Toggles, I am calling the software police. The last software conference I went to it was announced that software was banned for home use and only going to be allowed to be used by the FAA for airport security. Also did you not read the disclaimer "images not shown in actual size" LMAO!!!! Sounds like another good time was had by the whole group. Great pictures and videos.

Thanks Nate, I will be sure to wear those to the next gathering!!!LOL We sure had a blast, I just wish it was a week ago and all the fun was just beginning.

disappearing pants

Now Terry, you'd be the last person I'd ever expect to lose his pants! It was fun to see you work the room with "Has anyone seen my pants?"

I'll agree with the other too, I was talking to Steve Toggle on my way to work this morning, and the comment was made that we wished it was last week so we could do it again!
It was all over much too fast!

Guys

L to R, Mike Banta, Jeff Arney (Greg behind him), Alex and Jamie (pulsator) behind Jon Shinn (with his back to you).

Terry, please do wear those jeans again! I thought the little stitched-in hearts were just to die for! :-D

I too wish we were just getting set to do it all again...do you know how hard it was to return to work?!? :-)

Togs, send me that software! I need to process some "data." ;-)

Thank you!!

I have to say what a great time I had at the wash-in!! It was a remarkable weekend. I admit I was a bit apprehensive at coming since I don't have the collections or knowledge of many of the great memebers here. However all my fears were quickly put to rest when I arrived. EVERYONE was so nice, willing to share information - and so much of it. I felt very welcome and learned a lot. I fear I might have really caught the bug to start a collection. Best wishes to everyone and again thank you to our gracious hosts for the hospitality, great food and great conversation.

Thanks again and I'm glad everyone made it home safely. I look forward to seeing everyone again at another wash-in. Who's knows, with a little luck, I might find my pink GE Mobile Maid by then and bring it along for show and tell!!

Best wishes
Scott Wilson aka phxbear

Thanks everyone, I had an AWESOME time!

Thanks Nate for the great step by step driving directions, cooking us breakfast, sharing your machines and letting us drag the Frigidaire out of the shed. My favorite was the Norge.

Thanks Roger for sharing your home, the food, the drinks, and letting us play with your collection. My favorites were the 1970 Kenmore and the Blackstone.

Jeff & Michael you guys are such a cute couple that it’s sickening (In a good way). Would you please e-mail me instructions like you did Steve so I can post my pictures?

Terry thanks for all of the behind the scenes work. You made sure everyone was fed & happy. I felt so bad for you when you lost your shorts. I’m so glad they turned up in a logical and respectable place.

Steve Toggle you are truly a gentleman and a scholar. It was wonderful to meet you and Gary. Thanks for keeping us all in stitches.

Thanks Greg for the Maytag cloth souvenir and inviting me to go to the Meile showroom with you guys and thanks Scott for driving us.

Al you’re and ocean of information; you knew more about the Meiles than the sales lady.

Thanks Austin for taking the lead and filming the DVDs of the washin and for being so thoughtful and planning the surprise.

Venus it was great to see you again. Thanks for the detergent. You always have many nice things to say and you’re the most supportive and patient mom I know. And you can eat and eat, but never gain an ounce.

Mike I enjoyed hearing about your stories of fixing appliances for Sears. Thanks for sharing your wealth of information about washers.

Steven it was fantastic to meet you. Thanks for bringing your machines, and good luck with the 1970 Kenmore.

Bob it’s always a treat to get to see you.

Robert thanks for the site and your words of encouragement about getting the top down on the rental. I did finally get it. Who would have thought that one had to have his foot on the brake to put a top down? Modern equipment…Give me the vintage stuff any day.

Scott W., Steve R., and Rich it was nice to meet you. I always enjoy reading your posts.

Jamie you remind me of myself at your age in the way that you just couldn’t keep your hands off the agitators. Good to meet you and Alex. I wish you all the luck with your long distance relationship.

Jon it was excellent meeting you and Tony. I’m glad Tony had a good time. That was sweet of him to come out and support you. Good luck with your Kenmore Elite Appliances.

Glenn, Jason, David, Carol, and Steve 1 – 18 we missed you, but there’s always next time.

A special thank you to Ross for not only sharing his home, food, hospitality, and machines; but also for letting Mike, Steven, and I come back Sunday night after it was all over and do it one more time!

Thanks again,
Jeff

Cool Gary!

There are some pics of (my) JFK airport in Queens, NYC.
Sedona, AZ.
Some handsome photogenic couples and singles.

But my credibility, alas, has been taken down yet another notch. There is a picture of me (and as we all know it's ALL about me. *LOL*) in 029 doing something I said I don't do. I am firm in my resolve that the OTHER thing I declared I don't do will remain that way. *LOL* What can I say; Ross invited me to do it and I could not resist him.

Thanks again. All of you are AMAZING and made this an unforgettable event. Stay in touch, I'm bad with remembering screen names. Just because my trap is sometimes (HA!) shut don't mean I dont think of ya!

Great pictures Gary. What is the name of the place with all the sculptures, I really liked them. Also you and Steve had a picture of a building(s) up an a small plateau, it had a small dome structure on it, what was that, beautiful building.
