If you're planning on coming to the Tucson 2007 wash-in, we'd love you forever (and then some) if you'd send an e-mail to me ([email protected]) with the answers to this PDF's questions.
It's just basic information that we like to have on hand, which tells us when you're coming, how long you're staying, where you're at (so we can produce maps to the wash-in locations ahead of time), and how to get ahold of you (in case you get lost, sleep in, etc.
).
All of it is optional, but please do send me an e-mail with at least the bare-bones info (name and e-mail, preferably), as we use this as an RSVP to get head-counts.
If you aren't sure about coming, fill it out anyway, and you can always back out later--no problem, and no hard feelings. This helps us plan ahead, though, so that you can have carefree washdays (and food).
