Hi Kevin..and Ralph..
I DO make a similar casserole with ground beef and soup, with tater tots on top...I have a tip, if you brush those hash browns with melted butter before you bake them, they really brown much better, I found this out making hash brown casserole...Im going to make this one, but since someone in this house hates peas and is not fond of corn, im going to use carrots instead, the turkey is a great idea!!

Thanks, Hans! I'll try brushing the butter on first! Carrots would be great in this since someone isn't a fan of the other veggies! ;-)

That looks very good. When you only have one pan to wash it's always a plus. I really like the videos with Ralph taking center stage and cooking. It reminds me of when The Supremes used to perform and occasionally put a cork in Diana Ross and let Florence or Mary sing the lead...not to imply of course that Kevin needs to be corked.
I make a similar thing with ground beef too with much more seasoning, just the way I am, but ground turkey seems to taste like ground cardboard to me. I usually make alot of it in the middle of the winter and then have way too much left over. Sort of like inventing an original Hamburger Helper that was actually good.

Just made this for Sunday dinner for the family. It's really good, I love casseroles anyway. Plus I like that it's all done in one dish. Had left over mixed veg so used those instead of corn and added cheese to hash browns, because- cheese. This one is on the list now, I can see lots of variations based on what's in the panty!
