Oven width

How wide do you think the oven unit is? looks wider than the conventional 24" that was popular at this time. Wish I had a double ovens in my kitchen.

Those GE ovens are 27" wide, which was the width of most GE built-in ovens at the time. They now make both 27" and 30" models, and one that is 24".

The older GE builtin ovens of the late 50s and early 60s were as wide inside as the master ovens in the 40" ranges before 1957 and I only use that date because I measured with the rack from a 55 or 56 range. For a builtin, the cavity is huge. Two Bundt pans will fit diagonally on the rack in each oven in my woodtone brown pair.
