Joe, I'm totally envious! Are you a Macman or is this your first? I've only used Macs, so I don't have much to compare them with, but I really like my i-Mac. You'll be able to watch a lot of movies on that big screen!
My second Mac
Cathy got my Mac mini and 17" flat panel display. She's happy because it replaced a G3 iMac of the old CRT variety and she's not as much of a nerd as me.
Impoverished graphics designers who can't afford a Mac Pro are looking at the 24" iMac as an alternative.

I went to my local Apple Store today to go see the new products released on the September 12th event. The new iPod nano is soooo cool. I also saw all 3 iMac models, including the 24". All I can say is WOW! Side by side, the 20" dwarfs by comparison, and the 17" looks puny. I will also be getting an iMac soon to replace my crappy PC, as soon as Mac OS 10.5 Leopard comes out. I hope the 24" goes down by then! Does yours have the new Core 2 Duo processor?

Joe, I have a 20" display at work because I need it with my eyesight. If larger was affordable, I'd have it instead.
