I was minding my own business driving around north county and this 1928 or 29 monitor top jumped out and got in my truck. It's in pretty good shape but not running right. Hopefully, it's savable!

I understand

This happens to me frequently as well !
Unfortunately - before jumping in - they often persuade me to pay their old owners too much for the ride !

Nice Fridge !

those monitor tops reminds me of a central air conditioning unit with 360 type condensing coils found in ge/trane and some vintage 1980's carrier ac units with the spine fins. the compressor looks a lot like the ones in the ge/trane units. i hope it works!

Guilty...

Yes, I am past capacity. Chris, Mark, and Tim came over today and changed belts and hoses on my turquoise tag. They also were nice enough to moose the fridge off the truck. I'll start it up this week and see what it does. It sounded like it lost a charge, but generally the purge screw is rusted when that happens. The screw is clean on this one, so I am stumped for now. It's possible the ride around town helped it.

*crosses fingers*
