Early 1970s Hotpoint fridge freezer. Well after sitting for 40 odd years next to a cooker its going to be pretty well knackered, not to mention the condition of the side next to the cooker. Maybe they have lived off salad since the mid 1970s. Curiously enough its sat next to a later version of the Tricity Marquis ...

Yes, the counter top fronts

were trim extensions only. The bull nose tiles used here had a drip edge bump to stop liquids from running off.

Here is something I never expected to see

Two different types of self assembly units from around 1974/75 combined with an "instant" multipoint gas water heater - all unused. This type of gas water heater is now extinct due to the widespread use of "combi" boilers (which power radiators and supply hot water) and a wide variety of electrical models, most used for showers.

Note the units are still to the old imperial module of 21/42" The kitchen units are very unusual 40+ years on from when they were sold. Its a shame about the price ......
