Uk Laundry Detergent

I have a question for the regarding testing of laundry detergents.

Which has recommended Formil from Lidl, as a Best Buy.

Formil powder scores well for not fading clothing.

My question is can Lidl Formil powder, (sold as a a white wash product) be used for both White and coloured wash, as it washes well and does not fade colours? Reducing the need for seperate white and coloured products?

Ariel liquid gel and Persil gel scored well (both white wash products that were tested by which). As gels and liquids do not contain bleach can this product be used for whites and colours?

In a word....

YES.

With regards to that particular powder, if it is proven to not fade colours then why wouldn't you use it on all your clothes if it washes well?

Colour specific powders are not common here:
- Aldi sell one
- Radiant (both colour and black specific)
- Biozet

So that leaves
- Drive
- Surf
- Omo (used to...sold via one chain - COLES)
- Cold power in all its variations
- Most store brands
- Duo
- Spree
- FAB

...and probably a few others too that don't offer a colour variant
