Ultra wash fill valve

So the fill valve on my porcelain tank portable Ultra Wash gave out tonight. According to Sears Parts Direct the part is no longer made, with no substitute. I found the fill valve for a later Power Clean Portable, can I use this. Or is there an easier/better option? The exact model number is 665.1770591

The fill valve is attached to a bracket which slides into the frame on the right side of the machine. I guess as long as the water worlds I can figure out how to mount it.
