What sort of psychotropic chemicals, prescription or from the curb do you suppose the artist was using? The detail and precision, to say nothing of the inspiration for the pattern and challenges of working with contact paper, would hint at being stoned on pot. This is not cannabis therapy. This is plain old fashion weed, but I can't imagine the other things that augmented it.
