Updating User Profile-

Hi Robert, I am trying to update my user profile, after I made the changes, I went back to the top of the page and hit the update button. But when I go back to look at my new profile, the changes weren't saved. Is there a problem with it, or am I doing something wrong? Also, at certain times in the day, I can't access anything but the homepage of the site. Any link I try results in an error message saying that automaticwasher.org can't be found. Are you or anyone else noticing this? Anyway, thanks so much for the fantastic web site Robert! I really love it!

Try refreshing after updating the changes. Every time I update my profile and view the changes, I have to refresh before they are visible. I thought it was a glitch at first too.

Hi Matt, yes you have to press Refresh/Reload on your browser after you have updated your profile (when your viewing your profile page again) to see the changes.

Yes, I've refreshed my computer so much that it smells like a Spring breeze.

Seriously, I've refreshed the page, reloaded it, etc. but my changes didn't stay.

Also, any word on the other problem I've been having?

BHO Trouble

Dear Laundromat,You may be having Browser helper object trouble or another type of spyware. The link below is for Spybot S&D and Adaware SE.You may also want to do a full system virus scan. I use both and still have trouble with the coolwwwsearch bug. Don

Thanks drmitch, I already use Spybot and Adaware. But the browser, now, is Mozilla. Could that be the culprit? I'll soon find out.

The browser was the problem. The updates show up fine using Internet Explorer. I'm going to remove my cookies, and try Mozilla again.
