Versatonic

Hello there,

I saw an ad for a 30" double oven range. It didn't list a brand, but it said it was "versatonic". I did a search, and the only thing I could find was a reference to microwave cooking. Is the upper oven a microwave?

Versatronic was a General Electric badge in the late 1960's.  It was used across several appliance types, with the implication of advanced technology in each product.  This range is a GE, I believe the lower oven is thermal and microwave.  There is not a storage drawer under the oven, but there's an access panel for the microwave components.

I thought it might be something like that, but I'm surprised it's the lower oven. I'm thinking of buying this to replace the Kenmore/Roper hot mess I had gotten for a second stove, but the price is beyond my budget right now. I'm keeping an eye on it.

They also came without an upper oven.
