The Ecolab Apex Conveyor Dishmachine. Looks to be Stero built unit with some advanced technology. I'd love to play with one of these. However I'm not sure it could equal the Hobart CLe series in performance and longevity.

Most likely a Stero Built machine with the added technology that Ecolab wants on their machines.

In the brochure with the kitchen employees shown, The two models are the same ones that Hobart uses in some of their brochures as well! LOL
