Interesting design!  I'd guess it's an early to mid-60s model; no idea who made the Vikings at this time.  Still Blackstone, perhaps?

Appears to be a WCI/Franklin design.

 

This may be an older model (above) than the ad, but the basic design looks similar/same.  The Viking actually looks much like the Western Auto Wizard that Robert had, affectionately known otherwise as "The Pig"
