Viking Range parts neeeded

Spent the weekend with relative at their recently acquired new (to them...) home.  They have what is believed to be a 1990 Viking range.  it's a big one, dual ovens, griddle etc.  The left oven has issues I think the right one does too but different.  The left oven igniter glows quickly after the oven is turned on, but both ovens that what I think is too long to ignite.  

 

However they tell me after the left oven ignites they still get a very strong gas smell for the duration of it's use. They had a repair  guy out told them it needs a new regulator but they are NLA, sorry and left.  They also need a hinge for I believe the right oven door.

 

So any Viking experts out there?  does this sound like a regulator issue?

Replace both bake igniters that will likely fix the problems you describe.

 

They is no chance it is a bad pressure regulator if all the surface burners work correctly.

 

If the igniters fix the problem they need to get a refund from the first company.
