I think the two items on the far right are convenience outlets (ungrounded). This range does appear to have a fluorescent lamp, but for the life of me I don't see a switch. But then, it's not the best photograph, either.
I also think Hotpoint did have colored switches (color based on heat), but not sure if this range uses those switches.
I (again) think this is about a 1953/1954 model, not TOL but not BOL either. Anyway, GE did not offer oven windows in their products that early. GE began to offer oven windows starting in 1958.
