Don't forget the stove. But the kicker is you have to uninstall them from where they are. That's another kick in the pants.

This is actually the preferred situation, as you can use care and proper tools to remove then without damage.. Too many times I've heard that items were damaged by the seller or their workers removing then carelessly.
