I'd also love one of the laundry trolleys. I can just imagine my neighbor's reaction to that! Now that Nebraska is a concealed weapon state, it probably isn't such a good idea...

This was an old grapevine canopy that I turned into my outdoor drying center. Works great and the air flow is good,

I have a single line that stretches from the house to the telephone pole in the backyard, maybe 60 feet? Everything goes out on the line except my dress shirts and slacks. I made the fatal mistake one year of hanging out my boxers on the line in the morning before school. 3rd period rolls around and one of the boys said, "There is someone's underwear hanging on top of the flagpole (which is in front of the high school! I went to the window and sure enough, there was a pair of my boxers flapping in the breeze! One of the boys who was in on that caper is now an RC priest! Boy, do I have stories to tell on him and do so whenever there is a large group of priests and he is present. The old saying, "what goes around,comes around" sure does apply. Have fun, Gary

When I lived in Florida I used to hang out laundry. Here in Atlanta, I live close to the airport. Now, I don't know if that has anything to do with it but my laundry always ends up smelling "fishy". I think it is all the city polution combined with all of the aviation polution.

Untill I am able to get out of the "big city" I'm stuck with the dryer, however, I will go back to a clothes line when I get out of here-----headed to mountain air!
